Privacy Policy

Wedding Dress Try-On processes the information needed to provide a private AI bridal preview service. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support@weddingdresstryon.com.

Information we use

We store your email address, account and session details, uploaded photos, chosen dress concepts, generated previews, favorites, credit transactions and payment references. Technical records may include IP address, browser information, timestamps and errors for security and operation.

How photos are processed

When you request a fitting, your photo and any uploaded garment reference are sent through temporary signed links to Replicate and its underlying image model provider. They process the images to generate your requested preview. Read Replicate’s privacy policy for its handling practices. The service does not use your photos as public marketing examples or sell them.

Storage and retention

Uploads are accessible in your account for up to 30 days, and generated previews for up to 90 days. Expired files become inaccessible and are removed by the cleanup process. You can delete completed fittings and their generated images in the fitting room, and delete selected uploads. Deletion from our service cannot retract a copy you downloaded or a request already sent to a processing provider. Contact us for account deletion and any further retention details.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments; we do not store complete payment card numbers. Hosting, database and email providers process data needed to operate the service. Providers may process data outside your country. Payment and accounting records may be retained where needed to resolve transactions, disputes or legal obligations.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the service. The initial site does not include advertising trackers. Session cookies are distinct from other sites operated by the owner.

Your choices

Use only photos you own or have permission to use. You can download results, delete completed fittings, sign out and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before fulfilling a request.

Adults only

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload photos of children or use another person’s photos without permission.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
