Terms of Service

These terms apply to Wedding Dress Try-On at www.weddingdresstryon.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact support@weddingdresstryon.com.

The service

We provide AI-generated bridal style previews, a dress concept collection and tools to save and compare results. We do not sell the illustrated dresses, provide tailoring measurements or guarantee that a preview matches the fit, construction, color or availability of a real garment.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control. Keep sign-in links private. Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content, photos of children, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to impersonate, harass or deceive another person.

Permission to process

You retain your rights in uploaded material. You grant us the permission necessary to store and process it with our service providers to deliver the fitting you request. We do not acquire permission to publish your private photos for marketing. AI outputs may not be unique; third-party rights may still apply.

Credits and payment

Fitting costs are shown before generation. Credits are reserved when a fitting starts, used on successful completion and returned when generation fails. Standard fittings use 3 credits; fine-detail fittings use 5. Welcome credits expire after 7 days. Purchased credits expire after 12 months. Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Billing concerns and refunds

For an incorrect charge, service failure or refund request, contact support with the purchase details. We review requests in light of the transaction, use of the service and applicable consumer rights. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected by these terms.

Availability and retention

Processing times and output quality vary. We may limit requests to protect availability and prevent misuse. Download results you want to keep: uploads expire after 30 days and results after 90 days. We may suspend misuse and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

AI limitations

Outputs can contain inaccurate facial features, anatomy, garment details or backgrounds. Use them for visual inspiration and verify real-world fit, sizing, materials and comfort with the actual garment. Do not present generated images as proof of a real product or purchase.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every output will meet a particular expectation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
